Well, summer's finally here. I'm already bored... I mean,
there's so much I could be doing, reading, swimming, watching tv,
palying video games, cleaning my room, etc. I just don't feel
like doing anything. So, I'm not. Oh well, doing nothing at
home is better than doing nothing at school. Sorry for the lack
of humor in this entry, but my funny generators are running slow today.

I caught my hair on fire yesterday. I have these candles on my
desk, and I was resting on my elbow, and a lock of my hair dangled too
close to one of the flames. I didn't even notice until I heard a
crackling sound, and smelled it. I reached up, and felt the lock
smoldering.
Oh, in other news, I can finally drive again. :)

Damn, last night was possibly the worst night at work I've ever
had. It was almost surreal. All I remember was that there
was a party of about eight guys who were drunk out of their fucking
minds, and deided that it would be a good idea to smoke in the
non-smoking section and sing shitty old songs so loud that I could hear
them plainly from outside, for five hours.
I finally got to leave at 12:30, thus making it the latest I've
ever had to work to date. But, on a positive note, I also made
more in tips than I ever had before. I made $40 from the bar
alone, plus about another forty from the rest of the waitors. If
you divide that by the six hours I worked, you get a little over 13
dollars an hour just in tips. Add in the additional $6 an hour I
get, and I made a little over $19 an hour last night, so I really have
no right to be complaining.
